Core & Pelvic Floor Pilates
Through May 7th to June 25th from 6:30-7:30pm, Stephanie is excited to be offering an 8-week Core & Pelvic Floor Pilates series. This series is designed to help clients reconnect with their body, build strength, and improve everyday function through supportive, intentional movement.
This series focuses on developing awareness and strength in the core and pelvic floor, two areas that play a major role in stability, posture, balance, bladder control, and overall movement confidence.
Through breath-led Pilates exercises, clients will explore how the core and pelvic floor work together, how they are affected by posture, stress, pregnancy, aging, and daily movement patterns, and how to support them in a way that feels sustainable and effective.
This class is not about pushing harder, it’s about learning how your body works and building strength from a place of connection and understanding.
