Pilates
A Personalized Path to Strength
To ensure every client feels supported, confident, and truly seen, participation in Steady Strength Pilates begins with a private movement assessment conducted by one of our Kinesiologists.
This one-on-one session allows us to:
Understand your unique movement goals
Identify strengths, limitations, and areas requiring support
Note any contraindications to ensure safe, intelligent programming
This thoughtful foundation allows the class to be curated around real client needs—not assumptions—while offering a reassuring entry point for those returning to movement after time away.
The assessment is designed to instill confidence, provide clarity, and create a meaningful touchpoint within the clinic. Clients are encouraged to return for a reassessment at the conclusion of the series to refine goals, track progress, and explore next steps in their movement journey.
Assessment and classes may be offered as a curated package, providing a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish.
