By working with the body’s innate capacity to adapt and reorganize, we help create meaningful, lasting change.

Initial Exploration (60 Minutes)

A comprehensive, one-on-one assessment that looks at how your body receives and processes information—vision, balance, breath, sensation, mobility, and strength—creating a clear map for your care.

Guided Progression Sessions (45 Minutes)

Thoughtfully designed sessions that support nervous system regulation through precise, individualized movement and sensory work.
