This circuit-style series is thoughtfully created for those with experience in resistance training and who are ready to be challenged. Throughout the series, we will build upon the fundamental movement patterns while introducing more advanced training concepts, including tempo-based lifting, plyometric exercises, and progressive strength training.

Designed and led by a Kinesiologist, you will learn how to improve control when lifting, enhance muscle development and strength, and advance your power, coordination, and athletic performance through plyometric training.
