Intro to Strength & Conditioning


Held in our Performance Clinic, these biweekly classes begin on June 1st and run until July 6th, from 5-6pm. The focus is on controlled, progressive exercises that enhance mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence in everyday movement.

With each class, we will blend a dynamic warm-up with targeted upper and lower body strengthening. We will be using a variety of equipment throughout the 6 weeks, including dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, Therabands, and medicine balls.
